Tonight we had trunk-or-treat at the church and had a great time! There were a few Captain America costumes there, and one of Ben’s good friends dressed up like that as well! 🙂 There was a pumpkin carving contest tonight as well. Tonight, Brittany and Angela went to a Utah State reception (similar to the one that Sarah and Angela went to in Illinois). Brittany took her ACT score and transcript with, hoping to get accepted and to get some scholarship money… She was accepted and given the out-of-state tuition scholarship! 🙂 She is SO excited! Right
Today, Ben got to go on a field trip with his Kindergarten class! They went to a pumpkin farm and had a GREAT time! 🙂

Tonight, Brittany and Kirstyn played their halftime show wonderfully well at the football game! I’m now a full-fledged Pit Parent and am enjoying it. I’m getting to know some of the parents which is good. Mom and Dad Halliday came to the game to see them play and we all had a great time! We
Today Mom and Dad Halliday arrived! We really love being out here closer to family because we have had so many more opportunities to see them! They came to see the girls play their halftime show and to go to their big competition on Saturday!
Brittany had her first major orchestra concert tonight and she did a wonderful job. She’s really good and enjoys playing. We hope she keeps it up. 🙂 Wonderful job Brittany! Keep up the great work! We’re really proud of your accomplishments to be in the top audition orchestra in the school! 🙂
