Today we found out that Kirstyn made the high school musical (Once Upon a Mattress)!  She was SO excited and couldn’t contain herself.  She didn’t get the part she had the callbacks for but another lady in waiting part which is one of the major parts as well.  🙂  That’s pretty great for a freshman […]

Lunch with Zach

Today, Zach had his thanksgiving feast in the lunchroom and Angela, Ben, and I went to accompany him.  It was super-crowded because there were tons of parents there. We had a great time with him.  What is really cool about Aspen View Academy is how supportive the parents are.  Some of it is because there

Donuts with Dad and Thanksgiving Feast

Today, much of our free time was spent over at Aspen View Academy!  Early this morning, I took Zach and Ben over to the school for a “Donuts with Dad” event!  They had us enter the school through the library where the book fair was going on.  I had to chuckle because I swear there

Church in New Building

Musical Auditions

Over the last two days, Kirstyn had singing and acting auditions for the school musical.  She was highly complimented on her abilities and she feels she did a great job.  She’s just waiting to hear news on whether she made call-backs or now.  We’ll keep our fingers crossed. We also got a fun letter from
