Brittany had her Versailles choir concert tonight. They did an outstanding job as usual and we are very proud of her efforts. They also sang a number with the other audition group, Voices of the Pride… Awesome job Brittany! You always excel at everything you do! 🙂
Today was a crazy day! We helped the Pedersen’s (friends of ours) move. Zach came with me while Grandma and Grandpa watched Ben. After that, Brittany held her Birth Rocks Internship Luncheon which Angela helped with. It turned out really nice, and even though the attendance wasn’t too high, they had a really enjoyable time.
Kirstyn started the CVHS Musical tonight… Once Upon a Mattress! Mom and Dad Halliday drove from Utah to come and see/support her. She did a GREAT job and we’re so proud of her. Pictures to come tomorrow!
Today, Ben and Zach had “Historical Figure Day” at school. They both thought long and hard about what they wanted to be and eventually they decided on a medieval knight and Davy Crockett! They had a blast at school playing their parts!

Only a small number of elite choirs are selected to perform for the state music educators and it is quite the honor. They sang their 4 songs and
Tonight, Versailles, the women’s choir that Brittany sings with at school had a practice concert at the 1st United Methodist Church in Castle Rock. Tonight we attended our 5th concert of the week, but we only had one tonight (in addition to having to run Zach to his basketball practice and barely making it to the concert)! 🙂 Brittany and the Chamber Orchestra did a GREAT job and they sounded wonderful! Great job playing Brittany!
