BIG Pack Meeting for Zach!

Tonight Zach had an awesome (and possibly record-setting pack meeting)!  He was awarded 24 belt loops, 5 pins, 2 silver arrow points, and his cub camp patch.  As I said, I think it was a record in our ward for the most awards received at a single pack meeting.  🙂  He was so proud of […]

Ward BBQ Picnic

Today we had an awesome ward BBQ down in Larkspur at the city park.  Tons of people showed up, and we all had a great time!  I think that this was the most well attended ward activity that we have ever been too!  It would be great if all were that way!  🙂  Hopefully going

Zach Starts Soccer

Zach started Soccer today!  It was kind-of unexpected, but we got a call from the coach (who is also the dad of one of Zach’s friends at school) asking him if he wanted to play.  There were a few of his friends on the team and they were short and needed players.  We talked with

CV Curriculum Night

Tonight Angela and I  we went to curriculum night for Castle View High School.  It was a really weird thing being able to go to all of Kirstyn’s classes together!  It’s been many years since we’ve only had one child a school!  Usually we’ve had to split up!  🙂  I guess that’s a sign of

Kirstyn First Day of School

Today was Kirstyn’s first day of school!  It seemed like the summer went WAY too fast for school to already be starting up again!  None of our kids have ever started this early! Kirstyn’s really excited for school this year because she gets to start the Mosaic program, which is different than normal go to

Today we went to the Douglas County Fair!  We haven’t been to a county fair in a very long time and it was a lot of fun!  We signed Ben up for the mutton bustin’ competition where kids can ride the back of a sheep just like the big guys ride broncos and bulls.  🙂
